clarke quay adventures

Went to Clarke Quay with Yvette and Xin Yi today :D It was really enjoyable and the weather was good.
We used the camera's timer function for this HAHA

We spent quite some time finding Cat Café (Neko no Niwa - you can check it out here). The cats there were really cute but I think we kind of went at the wrong time because most of the cats were inactive and sleeping. It was still really fun though haha :D

Cat Café Neko no Niwa
54A Boat Quay (Level 2)
Singapore 049843

Nearest MRTs:
Raffles Place MRT (Exit G - when you walk to street level it would be at UOB Plaza, then walk 400m along Boat Quay - this was the MRT we exited from)

Clarke Quay MRT (Exit E, walk 450m to Boat Quay - I'm not very sure because we didn't use this MRT station)

There's this thing that the café calls the "cuddle charge" - each person pays $12 for the first hour, and $5 for each subsequent half an hour :-)
The three of us accidentally overshot the time by 10 minutes and had to pay an extra $5 for subsequent half an hour - so we decided to stay there for the next 15 minutes to maximize the $5 spent. But overall, I felt that it was a good experience! If you're a cat lover you should visit this place at least once in your life haha :D
Danbo and my hot chocolate

I remember this cat's name was Miley.

And she loved getting brushed.

We took a picture with her yay

After visiting Cat Café, we crossed the bridge (to the side where Raffles' statue is).

We just kept walking and ended up back at Raffles Place hahaha and guess what caught our eye? A H&M store that had the 'Sale' sign hahahaha (this was probably the second time I ever entered a H&M store LOL)
YAY FOR COOL NOOBS LIKE US

Really huge sun hats LOL we look like farmers

Had dinner at Mcdonalds' because most the places at Raffles Place probably charged pretty high prices for the food and we didn't know where to go LOL
Hair flips by Xin Yi and Yvette LOL at them

Cavenagh Bridge - taken by a nice tourist there haha :-)

 Cute lil noobies

Progression of sunset at Singapore River - taken with my phone hence the different dimensions

Thank you for today! I really enjoyed this trip :D We should have one more during December holidays with Ee Jean. I hoped you guys enjoyed this as much as I did! And I still remember the time we actually mistaken a bank for Mcdonalds' because it had a yellow logo (LOL at us) :D
